Irresponsible

It has been a long time since I cleaned my hamster tank. And I was too lazy to even do so during the 1-week block leave. But I promised myself that I was gonna change it this weekend!

But to my horror, when I got home, my mum told me one of them has an exposed wound on its back. Took a look, and urgh there was pus and it sure looked so painful...

And it has to be the dirty tank which caused the infection... Talk about how damn guilty I felt. Although it doesn't look affected, still running around as usual, but I felt so damn apologetic...! :( I realised how negligent and irresponsible I was...

Disinfected it and isolated it in a container with fresh tissues... Hope the wound heals fast. :(
