Stressful.

I don't wish my mistakes to affect the whole team's performance.
Its not easy.

Be organised, yet flexible.
Be competitive, yet steady.
Be swift, yet still consistent.
Be focused, yet crafty.

Its not impossible.

I have to prove to myself,
prove that coach made the right choice by entrusting such an important role to me.
I don't wish to disappoint,
disappointing those who truthfully have faith in my abilities.

I will work harder.
And the team will work harder too.
Cause I need everyone's help as well.
