Capriccio XXIII

Today, i went for Capriccio XXIII (23, stupid). (going for concerts like marathon or something) Its the school's symphonic band's concert. Arrived about 10 minutes late because I took 2 hours to clean my stupid hamster tank (stupid tank, not stupid hamster). When i arrived they were halfway into Symphonic Overture (the Star Warts music) already, :( i like that piece man. They played many oldies like 榕树下, 月亮代表我的心, Stayin' Alive and How Deep is Your Love, some that i remember...

Only 4 of us from our class turned up, to support Kiameng/papa. And of course i went to give support to yutse. The concert was indeed short, compared to guitar and harmoc which lasted till 10pm. Ticket cheaper by $1 = concert shorter by 1 hour meh? No wonder the audience kept shouting for encore when everything ended... u think our money so easy earn ar? Lol so they brought us 1 knew-there-will-be-encore piece, and when the conductor refused to come out AGAIN, they played us the school song. Hahaha maybe thats the only piece they know how to play without the conductor.

Couldnt see kiameng's expression from where we were sitting, but i presume he was with his solemn look again blowing the saxaphone. Cant expect him to show any expression when playing anyway. ;D But I had a good view at yutse.. So pro ar, he finally played the drum set, which I think is the coolest instrument in percussion, compared to all the triangle/tambourine/tock-tock-tock etc.

Impressive concert.

So when i thought i could finally have a free day to finally get back my mugging mood after so many concerts... NO!

Tomorrow is 6/6 which is 06S66's class birthday and we are having some party thing at some play-board-games cafe. And on Thursday... peer tutoring starts! Then on Sunday, there is the Anlene milk run.

OMG holy **** primary school maths and english! I know i am in JC already but sometimes people still joke about "You so stupid, go back primary school la!". I don't want to end up really not knowing how to do the questions! Bar diagrams... nostalgic man. But for English there is all the noun, pronoun, verb, preposition.

WAHLAOWHEY ENGLISH IS ENGLISH LA! KNOW ALL THESE FOR WHAT! I only know what they means in seconday school anyway... *paiseh. But the first question of the worksheet had "Mr Martin" and it made me laugh.

Btw, they are going to be so proud that their old student is going back to 饮水思远源, 回馈社会, 精忠报国. My dear primary school of diversity and variety, teaching me the importance of racial harmony. I will be teaching 3 cute students, Reenita, Hannan (malay?) and Kevin, and there u have, boys and girls from all 3 races!

Wonder if I will meet any of my old primary school teachers, or spot any achievements or trophies earned by me. MUAHAHA. Have been a long time since I return to my primary school, especially since it moved to the new campus site... Cool! now im finally going back to earn some CIP. Sure it will be fun anyway. =)
