i <3 surprises!

today went out with yt for movie at cine. i had wanted to watch cars since it was released but never got a chance to catch it. =D as usual, i was late so we had to watch the 220 show. lol

there was ample time so we went for lunch and i bought my havaianas

there was the latest limited edition world cup series but it was damn expensive.. $50 for a pair.. was planning to get one but.. im poor. =[

i had thot there will be few ppl for cars since the movie is like ending soon, but the theatre was filled with lots of kids.. -_- i said i hate kids.

but it was nice to be laughing along with the audience and the kids were pretty obedient, except some curious and act-cute kid asking y the bugs are flying little cars. i wasnt quite pissed. =).... but next time i watch a cartoon i'll choose a night show. hahaha

so we watched the show with noisy kids but man the cars are sooo cute! my favourite characters are guido and mater! y? because they are stupid! hahaha. mater was a rusty and retard tow-car without a hood but he was a good fren with lightning.. and guido is tiny and italian and can fix tyres SUPER fast. the scene where he fixed lightning's tyres in seconds was CLASSIC. lol!

its pretty amazing to imagine a world with only cars. the spectators and flies and aeroplanes are all car-fied and they sells oil as coffee and car paintings as tattoos. even the sheeps on fields are cars, and they are the stupidest of all! even mater makes fun of them lol.

overall the movie was nice compared to others pixar creations, nice storyline, many characters (cars) with all sorts of traits and personalities, provoking and heart-warming lesson on friendship, the meaning of victory, sacrifices and modernisation. it has a wonderful soundtrack and the computer graphics of the racing cars and super cool lightning mcqueen was amazing. so i give it a 8/10! if i havent spoilt enuff, go watch! but its not gg to be showing anymore soon!

btw, i just couldnt figure out how the cars like.. reproduce their next generation?? lol. this is wat i think...

After the movie we went to shop around a while at far east plaza.. while i was trying to present my present (rhymes!) to yt for his long over birthday. I was thinking of how to surprise him and not in a nah-your-present way.. so i placed it in my bag and schemingly (heeheehee) exchange bag with him, complaining its making my shoulder hurt (it was). then i ask him to get me my water bottle, and he will see the present with a note saying "Happy Birthday Chiyt" on it!

...

but he surprisingly reached my bottle and took it out without looking inside the bag.

so i just had to ask him to see it for himself and he flipped and fiddled with my stuff for a while before he realise, 'wah! wats this!"...


i conclude tt yt is pajiao.


anw gave him a nalgene bottle to replace his old and big and unsightly nalgene. he seemed surprised and was soo grateful.. lol.. but i was joking to him that he will get heart attack if he gets another surprise.

he was most probably so touched that he din bother to open the cap and see. i was relieved cause i wont want him to see wats inside in front of me.. it was a kindergarten-standard art piece of colouring of rifie and chiyt in maple. haha.

before i boarded bus home i reminded him to "open and see" in a most unoticeable way and i predicted that the pajiao cum deaf yt would not had heard it...

but he did and sms-ed me that the drawing was nice. lol.. i felt like a retard smiling on the crowded bus. i had spent the nite drawing and colouring it. glad that he said it was nice. (he wouldnt dare say no anw)
